Avalon Home Image is located on a Secure Encryption Server and uses a
Secure Shopping Cart to ensure the trust of online ordering for our consumers!

By ordering from Avalon Home Image, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms listed below.

1. We ship only to the Continental United States.

2. We accept MasterCard and Visa as well as money orders. Sorry, no COD's. Also note that the money order must be recieved and cleared before an order will be placed.

   

3. There is a minimum shipping charge of $8.95.

4. We reserve the right to ship products via USPS or truckload if we find it is more cost effective.

5. If damage occurs, you must call within 5 days to report your claim.

6. All returns must be inquired about within 30days, require our written approval and Return Goods Authorization number. (RGA). Items returned must be in their original packaging. Provide a copy of your invoice with your approved return authorization. Returned items must be shipped back freight prepaid by the shipper. When requesting a return, advise reason for return. At the time of your return request we will advise you if there is a re-stocking charge, and what that amount will be.

7. Non-sufficient funds charge is $30.00.

8. Due to the number of suppliers we have, any orders with multiple products may arrive at different times and through different carriers.

9. Even though we make every attempt to keep our website up to date at all times, prices are subject to change and products occasionally become unavailable without notice.
